4th June 2006

The plot begins.......

I didn't really prepare the land very well. I started with carrots, lettuce, beetroot, some herbs, leeks.

I also started to grow some tomatoes, Tumbler (in the tub), Shirley and Big Boy (in the grow bag)

8th June 2006

I'm quite surprised at how fast things has started to grow in just one week and the lettuce are looking good

Also planted some Swedes and purple sprouting broccoli (see below)

11th June 2006

Carrots and Radish have started really well. Although some of the herbs haven't taken.

Courgette has also started, but I think I planted things too soon as the frost may have got to them. Planted a sunflower seed in a large pot and also some more courgette plants too.
