Its my 27th birthday and I planted my tomato seeds, along with a new cooking apple tree.
17th February 2007
Took a trip to Aldi through the week and bought some of their soft fruit packs. They were a really good price at only £1.99 for three plants.
It was a really nice day, so I managed to plant them all, here are some pictures.

The veggie plot is looking nice and tidy now. The soil has been turned over and compost added.
I have installed a new border around the plot as the green plastic stuff just didn't look very nice.
My pal's father gave me around 30 strawberry plants, so I decided to make the section to the left of the path a strawberry bed.

Aldi has a great deal on fruit plants this Thursday so i'm going to get quite a few and plant them in this section.
Its quite shaded so I hope grow ok.

Basil plant
The plant below is a tomato plant and i really grew it just to see what would happen, probably a bit early for them.
