Scottish Heavy 70/- - 12th All Grain

This time a Scottish Heavy. Been wanting to to and make one for quite a while now.

After 2 hours mash @ 66 degrees

Started at aroung 1.038, just what I was looking for and collected 5 gallons.

Going to use Nottingham yeast this time.

04.03.09

Finished at 1.010 making this a 3.8% beer.
