Oatmeal Stout - 6th All Grain

Wanted to make a Stout this time.

Boil hops 45g of Goldings

First runnings

Boiled for 60mins

Chilling the wort only took around 20mins, it was freezing outside.

SG of 1042, just what I wanted

For some reason I still had quite a lot of wort in the bottom of my boiler, not sure why it didnt drain fully.

Barrled at 1012 making this around 4%
