Lager - 8th All Grain

For this brew its gonna be a Lager. Not sure how this will turn out. I will be using Saaz hops and lager malt.

Mashed at 65 degrees for 90mins

Boiled for just over 60mins, couldn't really be bothered for the full 90mins.

Worked out at 1.040 so I didn't add any sugar.

Finished at 1.008 after two weeks fermenting. Tried to keep the temperature at 12 degrees.

Tried the lager for the first time and its carbonating well. Tastes good too, but needs a bit longer to mature.
