Cally 80 - 3rd All Grain

Wanted to try a Caledonia 80 clone........here's how I got on.

With temp correction this works out at 1.044

Fermenting well and overflowed.

28.10.08

Ended at 1014 which works out at around 4% abv. Tastes good and is more of a dark ale than a Scottish Heavy.
