Birch Tree Ale - 1st All Grain

This is my first All Grain brew and started at 5:55am

Mash water

Transferring the sparge water

First running's

Just testing gravity

Spent grains

Start of boil

First hops

Last 15mins and boil off hops

Chiller system

Draining the wort into a fermentation bin

Gravity of around 1044

The brew fermented very fast with SO4 yeast and was bottled.

Tasted the end result and its amazing! One of the best beers I have tried and best of all I made it!
