Aurora Pale Ale - 7th All Grain

Using Aurora hops, plus a few more I made this during the Xmas holidays.

First running's

Fly sparging with 27L of water at 80 degrees, collected around 33L of sweet wort.

Testing the gravity

First hops, Challenger and Northern Brewer

Last 10min hops and aroma hops, both Aurora.

My new sython tubing worked very well, drained the boiler and even kept the suction when I closed the tap.

Starting gravity of 1042

I was aiming for 25L and looks like I came very close to it.
