Amber Gold - 9th All Grain

Since my Oatmeal stout is finished I made an amber ale. Starting gravity of 1.040

Changed the recipe a bit and used 15g each of Goldings and Fuggles hops for aroma. Also added a small bit of sugar to bring the gravity up.

Filled the FV quite full so I expect it will overflow when fermenting. Collected around 25L.
